What is the return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Are any purchases final sale?

Only clearance or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All regular-priced items follow our standard return policy.

How do your launches or drops work?

We release 4 seasonal drops per year, each featuring fresh, original designs and current patterns. Every drop includes at least one men’s and one women’s style.

All drops are limited in quantity, and once a design sells out, it won’t be restocked. New drops go live at midnight, and we always announce drop dates a few months in advance so you have time to plan.

While you’re waiting for the next release, you can still shop previous drops as long as stock is available.

Do you do group or custom orders?

Yes we may offer group or custom orders on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested, please email us to discuss your request. The earlier you reach out, the better, as custom or group orders typically require a few months of lead time to work through design, sizing, and production details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
